By accessing or using Firefly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Firefly is an event photo and video sharing platform. Event organizers create events and share access via links or QR codes. Guests can view and upload photos and videos without creating an account.
To create and manage events, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
You retain ownership of all photos, videos, and other content you upload to Firefly. By uploading content, you grant Firefly a limited license to store, display, and deliver that content to event participants as part of the service.
You agree not to:
Event organizers control who can access their events. Anyone with an event link or QR code can view and upload content to that event. Organizers are responsible for sharing access only with intended participants.
Event organizers can delete any content uploaded to their events. Firefly reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
We strive to keep Firefly available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Firefly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firefly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of photos or videos.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your events and associated content may be deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Firefly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you have questions about these terms, please contact us at support@tryfirefly.com.
