When you use Firefly, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and profile photo when you create an account. When guests upload photos or videos to an event, we collect those files along with any optional captions or display names they provide.

Photos and videos uploaded to events are stored securely using Supabase Storage. Media is only accessible to event participants through unique event links. Event owners can delete any media at any time.
We do not sell your personal information. Photos and videos are shared only within the events they are uploaded to. We may share information with service providers who help us operate Firefly (such as hosting and email delivery), and when required by law.
Guests can upload photos and videos to events without creating an account. We collect only the files they upload and any optional display name they provide. Guest uploads are associated with the event, not with a personal account.
We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We may use analytics tools to understand how Firefly is used and to improve the service.
We retain your account information and event data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your events and their associated media at any time. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information and any events you own.
You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your account settings. Event owners can delete events and all associated media. To request complete data deletion, contact us at the email below.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls on stored media.
